In the article Sammy talks about his passion for cooking and how it has brought him to where he is today. With a recipe of Sammy's Rum Bloody Mary included and some great quotes from Josh Sens you begin to get an idea as to how this latest book came to fruition. 

Finally, Sammy drops some food facts for the fans that they may not have known, such as his distaste for green bell peppers, oily fish, and why he never eats shrimp before a performance.
