Good times in Cabo to start off 2016!

I got into Cabo straight from Maui on Saturday and of course had a couple margaritas and some tacos at the house.
 
Then I got a call from Toby Keith saying I'm down here with some friends then called me the "P word" if I didn't get down there.  John Mayer was already on his way there and we had plans on on getting together at the Cantina on Tuesday. I told John what Toby said and he said you can't just sit back and let someone dog you like that so we headed down around 10:30 PM & started drinking straight shots. One thing led to another… can't believe what an unbelievably great musical week I've had! What a way to end one year and start a new one.  I don't remember all the songs, but we did do Loose Lucy, Goin’ Down, I Love This Bar, Fire Down Below, Old Time Rock 'n' Roll, and some jams. Toby Keith started rapping and I was singing Walk This Way.
 
John kicked in a couple of verses as well — all I know is it was awesome and that dude can play the fuck out of anything on the guitar!!!! Looks like trouble ahead going to be here all week whew!!! Here's some pics.

Happy New Year!

We didn't make it to Cabo in time for New Year's this year got stuck in Maui – ha ha! Stayed for a fundraiser with Alice Cooper, his bass player Chuck Garric, Michael McDonald, Pat Simmons (Doobie Brothers), Hawaii's Willie K, Bob Rock and Dave Murray (Iron Maiden)!!! Quite the little jam for a few hundred special folks.

The cantinas were also all rocking! I can't believe the pictures from Vegas look like Woodstock revisited.

Heading off to Cabo in the morning for the last week of my holiday break then the sleeves are rolled up and I'll be back at it. Got some folks in, waiting for me having a blast Happy New Year to all you Redheads and anyone else who sees this- Ha!

Good times in Maui last night & Merry Christmas to all!

Hung out with Kris Kristofferson, Mick Fleetwood, Willie Nelson, and Shep Gordon at his house last night. We had ourselves a little barbecue with some rum, weed, and wine. What a party it was- haha! 

Mick and I were blown away by Kris and Willie sitting there talking all night about their tour of plans for next year. Mick and I were sitting there feeling like a couple lazy bums, I want to be just like them when I grow up ha ha!!
