Happy Thanksgiving Redheads!

Best Thanksgiving day wishes to all Redheads! The Hagar's had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner with the Hetfelds and Mike Kroeger of Nickelback and their families on Maui. Tonight I'm filming my AXS TV show with Mick Fleetwood, Hawaiian bluesman Willi K and Steven Tyler. A little blues jam at Fleetwood's On Front Street, Mick's restaurant in Lahaina Maui. Then tomorrow Sunday we film another episode with Shep Gordon (aka super Mench) and friends at his house in Maui – who knows who will show up, it's always a surprise!

Meanwhile, Toby Keith has been keeping the party going down south in Cabo (check out a few photos below of him sitting in with Cabo Uno at the Cabo Wabo Cantina).

Halloween with Adam Levine

Went to Adam's Halloween party last night. His guitar player and bass player dressed up like Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones. Adam was John Bonham and played drums. They all got up and did a Led Zeppelin set with Linda Perry singing lead…I came out for "Black Dog" – it was awesome!! About a 1,000 people or more in an old bar ballroom with a low ceiling, just like it was for early Zep.

Santo was flowing the VIP area. Music didn't start until midnight so it was a late night with some amazing costumes! Happy Halloween!

Foo Fighters/Dave Grohl Allstar Charity Gig

After four of the greatest nights in Cabo Wabo history (!!!), Jason and I flew out of Cabo Saturday afternoon Into LA to meet up with the Foo Fighters charity event. Steve Jones of the Sex Pistols, KISS's Paul Stanley, Perry Farrell, Stewart Copeland, Lisa Loeb and some others joined the Foos for a crazy intimate (& at full volume, may I add) setting of a couple hundred donors for Dave Groll's annual fundraiser for improvements at the local schools.

I sang one of the most up-tempo high energy versions of "I Can't Drive 55" ever. With Dave singing the chorus with me, sooo cool. Then a soulful duet with Dave on "Finish What You Started" classic Van Halen. Then Taylor Hawkins moved on to keyboards (this band is so versatile it's crazy) and Jason Bonham sat down on his drums and did an intense Led Zeppelin "Rock 'n' Roll". WOW!!! The Foos were on fire. What a way to end the bash. I'm having more fun at this time in my life than ever – who would've thought?!? Now I really do want to live to be 100.
