Thanks for attending the first ever High Tide Beach Party & Car Show! It was amazing to see Sammy, Michael Anthony, Jason Bonham, Vic Johnson deliver a rocking set of music as The Circle while the sun set over the Pacific Ocean, rocking  into the night with special guests Vince Neil from Motley Crue and Joe Satriani. REO Speedwagon belting out hit after hit and then surprising us with Eddie Money joining them to sing “Two Tickets To Paradise” was a memorable moment. It was truly a once in a lifetime experience.

Thousands of hours go into planning and producing an event of this magnitude for over 10,000 people to party on the beach. And party you did! The High Tide staff was overwhelmed from the time they opened until the end of the night cracking beers and serving Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum and Santo Mezquila drinks.

A clean beach is important. The overnight cleaning crew and the team in the morning after did an amazing job. They  ensured the beach was left cleaner than it was before everyone arrived.

As with any new event, there is always room for improvement. The High Tide team thanks you all and appreciates your your feedback. The 2018 highlight video below showcases the star-studded line up, breathtaking scenery from the shores of Huntington Beach, CA, a glimpse at the collection of muscle cars, exotic and luxury cars including Sammy Hagar’s “I Can’t Drive 55” Ferrari from the 1984 music video, a pop-up of Sammy’s Cabo Wabo Cantina, specialty cocktails featuring Santo Mezquila and Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, beach activities and more.

A big thanks to all of our performers including REO Speedwagon, Vince Neil, Joe Satriani, Eddie Money, Reel Big Fish, Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers, Dead Mermaids featuring Tre Cool from Green Day, Drew Hagar, Sir, Please, Tijuana Dogs, Bullets & Octane and the Southland Party Band. These musicians have planted the seed for an amazing event to grow for years to come.

Sammy Hagar’s High Tide Beach Party & Car Show is hosting a “Cars & Coffee” event, powered by MuscleKingz. 100+ car enthusiasts will display their customized, classic, supercars and more for a chance to be chosen to showcase at Sammy Hagar’s High Tide Beach Party & Car Show on Saturday October 6. Owners and enthusiasts will vie for a limited number of spots to showcase their best alongside famed cars like Sammy Hagar’s “I Can’t Drive 55” Ferrari, the Million Dollar Mustang ‘Vicious Stang’, David Lee’s Custom Ferrari Dino and many more.
