Hey Redheads-
Less than a week left until Chickenfoot III is released! I'm so excited to share this album with you in its entirety. Is it just me or is this taking forever! I've been getting lots of great feedback about the song-by-song podcasts and "The Making of Chickenfoot III" series we've been sending out and already have had people come up to me on the street and tell me how much they are enjoying them. Even my pal from the Dead, Mickey Hart, has a favorite song already! We have such a cool creative dynamic in the band and I'm glad that each song's story is able to be told.

And speaking of videos, thanks to all of you Redheads that sent in videos for the Columbus, OH contest. While I enjoyed seeing all of them there were two that caught really caught my attention and it was great being able to offer them Meet and Greet passes. Check out those videos when you get a chance. What a huge Redhead turnout! I always feel the love with you guys.

Only one more week until I get to release Chickenfoot III. You all have the live concert webcast on your calendars for the 27th right? Stayed tuned here for additional details.

Hey Redheads I've been seeing some posts from many of you about my set being cut short at one of my Detroit shows with Kid. I was super bummed, but with the recent events at other shows – we decided to be safe rather than sorry. I always put the safety of my fans first. When things cleared, I decided to allow Kid to run his whole show for the fans. People were going to be disappointed either way and it just felt like the right thing to do. On a positive note, did you see the fan video of me and Kid and our rocking version of American Band!? Set backs aside, an awesome time was had in Detroit!

I want to close out my post with a request – my fans are the best in the world and this whole music community is such a family to me. If anything happens to any of you – especially at one of my concerts – I would be so sad. Please keep the Sugarland family and their fans in your thoughts and prayers as they work through what happened at their concert a few weeks ago.

Wow. Today’s Birthday Bash on sale event was amazing. With under 500 tickets available per show and the blazing speed of our new servers, everything went in a blink of an eye. Like with anything that sells out within seconds, some people came away lucky and many came away empty handed. We remain overwhelmed with all of your support for this annual Redhead event!

We did our best to help you troubleshoot any issues you may have had. If you didn’t get tickets please remember that we will be selling Dinner Show tickets down in Cabo and we also have plans to run the Cabo Cam again this year.

We’re now going to get our computer nerds to verify all of the purchases, take a siesta and process what just happened. Once we complete order verification and make sure everyone played by the rules we will report back and verify all orders. Will call details for down in Cabo will be posted after everyone is confirmed. Please give us a Mexican week before [email protected] can raise their head and reply to the mass amounts of questions this event created, but do know we will work to answer all emails.

Hey Redheads! We would like to remind you that Birthday Bash tickets will be on sale tomorrow August 16th. The direct link to buy tickets is http://redrockertickets.redrocker.com/

The process and schedule will be the same as before, except that you can plan on coming to redrocker.com and the only item accessible on the site will be Birthday Bash tickets. We are dedicating all site resources to make sure that we can support the huge influx of all of you Redheads!

Tickets will be sold through Redrocker.com for $55 per ticket.

There will be a two ticket limit per person per show.

Tickets will be non refundable, non transferable and there are NO service charge fees. All sales are FINAL. If we find tickets being resold via ebay or other media,we will cancel all purchases by that customer and refund their money.

We will accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Purchased tickets will be available for pick up at the Cantina (2 pm to 10 pm) October 7, 9, 11 and 13th.

Tickets for each show will be available for pick up day of show only.
Ticket purchases will be made through a “PayPal” account similar to the current on line store’s “On Stage” ticketing system.

You do not need a Paypal account to purchase a ticket, you can continue your purchase as a guest but paypal is the service we use to process all credit card orders. Once you make a purchase you will receive a transaction ID number. You will want to keep this number for your records incase you have any issues. Your name MUST match the
name on the purchasing credit card or paypal account (If your Paypal Account is through a business MAKE SURE YOU ADD YOUR NAME to that account), you will be required to show proper photo ID to pick up your tickets (Drivers License or Passport). NO EXCEPTIONS

On Sale Schedule for August 16th:

October 7 show will be on sale at 10am PT
October 9 show will be on sale at 11am PT
October 11 show will be on sale at 12pm PT
October 13 show will be on sale at 1pm PT

If you purchase tickets you will receive a confirmation from Paypal immediately. Confirmations from Redrocker.com may take up to two weeks as we will be verifying thousands of purchases, so please be patient…..if you received a Paypal confirmation you are set. If you attempt to purchase more than two tickets to a specific show, your additional tickets will be canceled and refunded…..so please play fair so everyone has a chance to get tickets……

International purchases will be accepted as our regular “On Line” merchandise will be closed so we can concentrate on the Birthday Bash ticketing. The “On Line” store will be back for US customers as soon as the ticketing is completed.

We strongly recommend you familiarize yourself with our on line store as well as the Payal process, we have upgraded our system since last year. If you have a Paypal account under a company name, be sure to add your name to the account or you will not be on the will call list. The tickets sell out extremely fast, so the more you are prepared the better your chances of getting tickets.

Birthday Tickets

If it is your birthday on a given show night, YOU WILL NEED A TICKET TO GAIN ENTRY, we allowed those whose birthday fell on a certain show night access to the shows last year ONLY, you will need a ticket to attend a show this year whether it is your birthday or not.

Dinner Show Tickets
Dinner show tickets will be $90 per person and include dinner and admission to the show. Dinner show tickets sales will remain as in the past, they will be sold at the Cantina, first come, first served.
Dinner tickets are very limited, so plan on high demand for dinner tickets.

Dinner tickets tentatively will be sold at noon at the Cantina on the following dates:
October 6th for the Shows on the 7th and 9th
October 10th for the Shows on the 11th and 13th
2 tickets per person, added security will be added to those in line so we will not allow anyone to hold places in line for friends.

Please note that these will be the ONLY tickets available and no additional tickets will be given away day of show!

The rest will remain the same and the party will be better that ever!
