Redheads- I can’t tell you how excited I am that my Beach Bar Rum is finally coming to the mainland starting in the middle of February! After that, it’ll be picking up through March into other states and just keep your eye on sammysbeachbarrum.com for the latest news! And if you want to know when it’ll be available where you are, just go to www.sammysbeachbarrum.com and fill out a postcard if you don’t see your state yet.

Now I’ve just gotta give out some love for our European Foot Soldiers — a couple weeks ago the ‘Foot came down hard and we were feeling the love big time! Thanks for making our short run of shows there SOLD OUT and allowing us to continue to do what we do! We’ll be spotlighting a few cool fans photos and videos over on the Chickenfoot site so thanks for coming and sharing your memories with everyone.

I also want to thank all of the Redheads and Foot Soldiers for supporting us with our new single from the album – “Different Devil” is rising fast in the charts and the more you all call up your local radio stations and request it the faster it’ll go – let’s see what we can do together to share this music with as many people as we can! I love the hell out of that song!

Don’t think that I’m going to relax too much now that I’m back home – ha ha! – there is a lot of other stuff with the Beach Bar & Grill and some other things I can’t talk about yet that are soon to be revealed. Hope everyone else’s 2012 has started off as great as mine! Big fun coming up…

I was very sad to hear the news last week that Queen Redhead Cabo Kim lost her fight with cancer. A couple months back at the ‘Foot show in St. Louis we got to spend a little time time hanging out before the show – and even in a wheel chair her spirits were still high and she was ready to rock. My heart goes out to her family and friends – she has ruled the Redheads for so long and we will all miss her.

Hey there Redheads. Happy Holidays From Sammy! What a wild few months, hopefully you had a chance to hear the new Christmas song my buddy Toby Keith and I put out this year “Santa’s going South for Christmas” We had a blast doing it and are excited hearing all the positive reactions. Hey Redheads!

What an amazing opening 2 nights to the Foot’s Road Test shows in SF and LA! I was so pumped to kick off the Road Test Tour in my home town and the crowd did not disappoint! The energy in the room was overflowing and Joe even blew up his amp! Keep those pictures and videos coming – I love to see how the shows look on your end and all of you guys partying it up! I wanted to make sure that you have all seen the letters/stories coming in from fellow Foot Soldiers in need over on CHICKENFOOT.US in response to our song “Three And a Half Letters (I Need A Job)”. Going into the holiday season I encourage you all to help however you can in your local community. Chickenfoot is partnering with Feeding America (feedingamerica.org) as a great option to help people with the most basic need of having enough food to eat. I’m also leading by example and am donating all of my personal proceeds from the US Chickenfoot Road Test Dates to local chapters. People are doing amazing and inspiring work all across the country and with winter coming up it’s a great time to help out.
